Sail / Studio

A studio for the
room after the
shoot.

Sail is a GCC post-production house, run by senior hands, against the proposition that post is strategy and not service. We were built to end the handoff that defines this category, and to put a senior name on every project, every cut, every grade, every mix, every deliverable.

Twenty-five years in the room. One pipeline. One contract. From rough cut to archive. Film, content, podcasts, AI all under one name, signed by Mark.

If the line item in your budget marked 'post' is the one that absorbs cost pressure when everything else breaks, we are not the studio for you. If it is the one you protect because it decides whether the rest of the spend was worth it … open WhatsApp. A senior hand is on the other side.

MARK

CO FOUNDER / CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Senior hands in every frame.

Mark is a 25-year veteran of post-production, with credits across feature film, episodic television, regional and international advertising, and documentary. He sits personally in every project Sail takes on, from creative review to final QC.

The studio is built around him and a senior team trained to his standard. The juniors learn before they lead. The client who chose Sail is not handed off to whoever was available.

PIERRE

COFOUNDER / MANAGING DIRECTOR

Senior hands in every frame.

Pierre is Managing Director and co-founder of SAIL. With a background in aerospace engineering and 18+ years leading tech and digital transformation across Europe and the Middle East, he brings deep structural rigor and innovation to post-production. Pierre also leads Farkey Technologies, building systems, innovating, and structuring capacities that extend naturally into SAIL's AI and delivery infrastructure.

At SAIL, his focus is clear: modular, technology-forward pipelines where AI is integrated with intent, and creative ambition is matched by operational reliability and scale.

02 · The Senior Team

Trained to the
standard.
Named on the work.

Senior leads, each anchoring a pillar. Every one of them is on the contract, on the cut, on the deliverable. The juniors learn before they lead. No project is staffed with whoever was available that week.

03 · The Operating Philosophy

Five operating
principles. Not slogans

Every internal decision at Sail is benchmarked against these five. If a decision breaks one, it is not made.

0 1

Seniority on every project

A senior named hand on every cut, every grade, every mix, every deliverable. Mark on every contract. No project staffed with whoever was available that week.

0 2

Sovereignty over the pipeline

The entire chain under one roof. No brokerage layer. No silent sub-contracting. If a third party touches the master, the client is told before the work begins.

0 3

Measured against a published standard

Every project scored on PPPI. Scores published to the client. Scores reviewed weekly by Mark. The methodology is open and the evidence is auditable.

0 4

AI kept honest

AI is a tool, not a strategy. Used where it should be used, sent back to humans where it should not be. No project ships with AI-generated content the client did not knowingly approve.

0 5

The rescue is the contract

SOS Mode is on call. The WhatsApp opens at two in the morning. A project in trouble is not penalised for being in trouble — it is picked up where the previous studio left it, and shipped.

04 · The On-Call Contract

The two-AM contract.

SOS Mode is the operational expression of the studio's position: that the rescue is the contract, that a senior operator is on call, and that a project in trouble is still treated as a project.
